Restaurants in Summerlin

Posted by Mark Clawson

There are many restaurants in Summerlin; a very special one is Vintner Grill.  Vintner Grill was developed by noted Las Vegas restaurateurs, Michael and Sean Corrigan, and designed by renowned interior designer, Paul Duesing. The restaurant sets the new standard for dining and invites guests to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and a wonderful dining experience.

The bistro’s wonderfully modern decor gives the dining experience a casual elegance.

I’ve been told that Table 32 is “the” power table in Summerlin and one that you can request. They don’t reserve this table for anyone other than the mayor.

Executive Chef Matthew Silverman draws his culinary inspiration from his extensive career working with some of the most notable celebrities, restaurants and resorts around the world. The menu (which Silverman changes daily based on the availability of seasonal ingredients) features contemporary American dishes with Mediterranean influences from such countries as Spain, Italy, and France.

Silverman was also one of the 2008 Chef Ambassadors for the Wisconsin Artisan Cheesemaker’s Council and creates unique meat & cheese pairings, which are a favorite of guests.

Dining on the patio is still enjoyable once the heat of the day is past.

The two dining cabanas are still one of the hottest tickets in town to secure.

Vintner Grill has introduced a new wine feature “50 Under $50.” Sommelier, Troy Kumalaa, has created a great wine list that is anticipated to change frequently based on what becomes available. Vintner Grill believes that wine  should be approachable and you don’t have to spend a fortune to have great wine.

You should know that the Vinter Grill has a private dining room. It offers a perfect setting for an intimate dinner among friends, or a small meeting with colleagues.

Here is the Vintner Grill website.
